The creamery itself is one of the largest multi-function dairy sites in Europe and combines traditional cheese-making skills with some of the most sophisticated technology available to today's dairy industry.

The company also produces butter, sold both as branded and own-brand retail packs and as bulk packs for the catering and bakery industries. Skimmed milk powders and whey powders are also supplied to manufacturers of ice creams, chocolates and bakery products.
