The Caledonian Cheese Company produces the highly successful McLelland brands Seriously Strong Cheddar, McLelland Mature Cheddar and Galloway Scottish Cheddar.

The creamery also produces several private label brands of cheddar for leading UK multiple food retailers including Coop, Netto, Morrisons, Sainsbury and Tesco.

The company also produces butter, sold both as branded and own-brand retail packs and as bulk packs for the catering and bakery industries. Skimmed milk powders and whey powders are also supplied to manufacturers of ice creams, chocolates and bakery products.
